wad a roller coaster this week !!!

the extraction of the enzymes officially began .. so freaking nervous .. as we collected our first liver !

everything started out quite badly ... so many screwed up here and there .. first our group picked a liver that was only 6g! .. while some other groups managed to get a 13g liver!!! .. sucks .. but no choice .. we had to carry on .. homogenizing .. ammonium sulfate precipitation !! ... the stench of liver .. ewhhh .. so stinky !!! ... enzyme assay failed on the first day .. =( sobx .. continued with HIC and enzyme assay again on day two ! .. finally it showed some results !!! .. it was a miracle .. such a screwed up group yet we achieve some results .. while some other 'perfect' group got no results !! .. i'm so proud of myself !!! .. i can SHOUT out loud its 99% of my effort i put in !!! .. i endured 9am to 5pm lab non-stop without lunch! .. and i finished the 50++ fractions of enzyme assay all by myself !! .. wheee ....

thats about it for the good part ... then i received my LSM2201 marks .. sobs! .. did freaking badly!! .. even thou half the class failed ... but i did'nt even get 50% of the highest marks in the class .. thats how low my marks ar =( ... and then ... after so much stress and lab endurance .. i finally collapsed .. so sick now! .. went to see doctor, and did'nt go school today .. pls recover soon .. i have another battle coming up next week .... !!!!!

till then, bless me and my rattie liver .. i hope they stay alive !!!!
