i guess we were all too bored that we decided to go for a food hunt around the east .. based on other bloggerx opinion.

first stop - ABC market.

















fried fish n peanuts porridge with you tiao.

fried intestine.

chao siew rice.


the fried intestine sounded so exotic enuff that me and pg decided to give it a try .. but it was'nt as appetizing as the picture on the sign board. blah .. i did'nt like it =X


second stop - Maxwell Market.















fried tapioca.
ba kut teh.

blahs.. i tink it was average only .. perhaps my expectation is much higher.
btw, there's a die die must try sweet potato ball stall in Maxwell !! ... it was'nt open today! .. sobx .. and there's a thai stall that our president visited .. seems nice, i shall try it next time =P

third stop - joo chiat road.

pg tot XO was like XO sauce hokkien mee .. till we arrived and realized that their XO means x-tra oyster!! .. kinda disappointed .. but still the mee was superb enuff to be worth our walk in the rain !... :)

i insisted that i could'nt end the day without dessert .. and so .. i managed to find a nice nice dessert stall .. durian was superb !!!!! .. *bleehs ..
