How does a company choose an intern? Apply for internship at a particular company? These are what they look for: 1. Super high CAP > suggest they prolly got super ultra damn smart brain cells 2. Students without CCA > indicates they mug their whole life! Most importantly, those that do not indicate stupid statement like "I do not like admin work" or "I'm allergic to utensils?!" especially when you are working in a food industry! This was what my 'fabulous' intern company told me about their selction process. Too bad for them, there was only 1 pathetic soul from NUS that select them, so no selection =P |
